Bay Capital PLC - Jersey-based investor in industrial, construction and business services sectors - In the six months to June 30, pretax loss widens to GBP108,394 from GBP89,500 a year before, mostly reflecting operating expenses related to being a listed business. Records no revenue, unchanged year-on-year. Finishes the period with GBP6.6 million in cash, compared to GBP6.7 million at the end of December. Currently assessing investment and acquisition opportunities in the industrial and construction sectors. Does not anticipate dividend payments in the near future.
