Baltic Classifieds Group PLC - online classified ads portal provider in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia - Non-Executive Director Ed Williams, together with associate Joanna Barkwill, buys 90,515 shares at 192.36 pence, worth GBP174,115, on Monday. Williams bought 211,095 shares back in December. He now is interested in 3.4 million shares, a 0.8% stake.
Current stock price: 193.90p, up 1.4% in London on Tuesday
