AVI Global Trust PLC - London-based investment manager - Announces that the acquisition of its investment manager, Asset Value Investors, by Pacific Asset Management, is complete as of Friday last week. This follows the receipt of all regulatory approvals. AVI Global, AVI Japan Opportunity Trust PLC and Migo Opportunities Trust PLC announced the sale of AVI in early August. Pacific is a London-based asset manager and part of the Pinnacle Investment Management group.
