Auctus Growth PLC - acquisition vehicle - Proposes acquisition of HeiQ Materials AG for GBP119.6 million in shares. HeiQ creates technologies that add functionality, comfort, hygiene and sustainability to home textiles, technical textiles, medical textiles and devices. Plans to raise GBP20 million through placing and subscription. Also plans company name change to HeiQ PLC.
