Atlantic Lithium Ltd: - Sydney-based lithium exploration and development company, with assets in Ghana and Ivory Coast - Successfully completes AUD8 million equity placing. Company will issue 18.2 million shares at a price of 44 Australian cents each. Atlantic Lithium will use the proceeds for the completion of activities agreed unter the grant of the mining lease for the Ewoyaa lithium project in Ghana. Executive Chair Neil Herbert says: "As we await the completion and the receipt of the funds from the minerals income investment fund's investment, as well as the completion of the off-take process that is currently underway, the proceeds put the company in a strong position to continue advancing the Ewoyaa lithium project at pace."
Current stock price: 23.47 pence, down 6.5% on Friday
