Says net asset value per share at December 31, 2022 was 49.3 US cents and net assets totalled USD86.6 million. Paid dividend of 2.5 cents. Explains the future of the company will be determined by the outcome of the strategic review, on which shareholders will get a vote. Further, reports results for the six months to June 30, 2023. NAV per share increased to 51.2 cents from 49.3 cents at December 31, with total assets increasing to USD89.9 million. Declared interim dividend of 0.9 cents.
