Asian Energy Impact Trust PLC - investment company focused on sustainable energy infrastructure assets in Asia - Shareholders at general meeting approve motion to voluntarily wind up company and appoint liquidators. Shares will be cancelled from trading with effect Monday. In April, it decided to back an orderly realisation of its assets, following a strategic review. It said that the realisation would be effected in a manner "that seeks to achieve a balance between maximising the value of its investments and progressively returning cash to shareholders in a timely manner".
