Ashley House PLC - health and social care property investor - Gets approval from shareholders and creditors for a company voluntary arrangement. To now proceed with a potential combination with Piper Homes PLC by way of a reverse takeover or similar transaction. Will continue to explore a number of property development projects in conjunction with Piper Homes. Trading in the company's shares on AIM market will remain suspended pending the takeover taking place within the foreseeable future.
