Alternative Credit Investments PLC - investor in credit assets and formerly known as Pollen Street Secured Lending PLC - Court has sanctioned the company's GBP639.2 million takeover by US-based Waterfall Asset Management, which was agreed in November 2020.
Alternative Credit's shares in London will be suspended on Monday next week, than delisted the day after.
