Alpha Group International PLC - London-based investor - Says it is making good process on its plans regarding its move-up to the premium list of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and has started to appoint "relevant advisers". Says it remains on track to publish a prospectus for the move-up to the Main Market in 2024 and will look to update the market further "once specific timeframes are confirmed".
Current stock price: 2,039.60 pence, up 2.0%
