Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Ltd - London-based closed-ended investment company - Redeems and cancelled 36.1 million shares, approximately 87% of share in issue, under its compulsory partial redemption. Redemption price per share 88.67 pence. As such, 5.1 million shares remain in issue and will trade under a new ISIN.
