Albion Technology & General VCT PLC - London-based technology and healthcare investment company - Net asset value at March 31 was GBP140.4 million or 78.59 pence per share, up 7.8% from December 31.
Also says that Chair Robin Archibald has stepped down following its annul general meeting Tuesday. Archibald has been a director of the company for nine years, with the last two as chair of the company. Richardson, who has been on the board since the start of June, will succeed Archibald as chair.
Current stock price: 74.50 pence, up 2.8% on Tuesday in London
