Advanced Medical Solutions Group PLC - Cheshire-based woundcare products firm - Hires Grahame Cook as non-executive director, starting February 1. Additionally, Steve Bellamy will retire at the next annual general meeting, having served on the board since 2007. AMS said the changes are part of its plan to refresh the non-executive directors on its board. Cook is an accountant and investment banker who has served as a non-executive director for the past 18 years. He currently is a director of London listings Draper Esprit PLC, Attraqt Group PLC and Minoan Group PLC.
