Advance Energy PLC - upstream oil & gas company - Says pretax loss for year to April 30 was USD1.2 million, narrowing from USD3.9 million the year before.
"It's been a year of tremendous change for the company. We started the last fiscal year as Andalas Energy & Power PLC and have undergone a complete change of identity and strategy in the first quarter of 2020 to create Advance Energy PLC as we are trading today," firm says.
Advance Energy is "confident" it is on track to deliver on all its ancillary objectives for the year and has developed a pipeline of potential projects.
