Admiral Group PLC - Cardiff-based home and motor insurer - Says it has entered an arrangement with the London branch of Swiss lender UBS Group AG to carry out a previously announced buyback programme. Buybacks will start "shortly" and end by December 31. The total value of the scheme is up to GBP45.0 million, and it is part of Admiral's "capital management framework, with the intention to reduce the issued share capital", it says.
