abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust PLC - Aberdeen-Scotland based investment fund - Agrees new revolving credit facility of GBP40 million with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd. Says the RCF has a further "uncommitted accordion provision allowing the company to request an increase, subject to lender's approval, of up to an additional GBP25 million".
The new facility will expire on November 1 in 2025.
