LONDON (Alliance News) - Imaginatik PLC Friday said it has raised a further GBP9,000 in an open offer, taking its total raised in the placing and open offer to GBP1.7 million.
This was raised through the placing of 3.5 million shares at 2.5 pence each. Shares in Imaginatik last closed at 2.75 pence.
The company announced the placing and open offer at the end of May, with plans to raise up to GBP2.1 million to boost its finances and back its growth plans.
