LONDON (Alliance News) - Management consultancy and software firm Imaginatik PLC on Tuesday confirmed it is on the look-out for short-term funding to progress its ongoing sale process.
At the start of May, the company had said it was exploring the possibility of short-term funding to help the sale process, and this has now been confirmed.
The company gave no details as to what form the funding may take.
Imaginatik put itself up for sale at the start of February as it said it did not believe its London share price reflected either the value of its platform or of the company's growth prospects.
By the end of March, Imaginatik was in "detailed" discussions with "certain parties" over a sale, which hoped to conclude in May. It said Tuesday it still hopes to reveal the outcome of the process by the end of the month.
Shares were down 2.8% on Tuesday at 1.07 pence each.
