LONDON (Alliance News) - IG Seismic Services PLC Wednesday said it has received a takeover approach from UCE Synttech Holdings Ltd and is considering it.
It cautioned that there's no certainty that the approach will lead to an offer and urged shareholders not to do anything. It said it will make a further announcement in due course.
