LONDON (Alliance News) - IG Group Holdings PLC said Monday it will appoint two non-executive directors to its board.
The first, Sally-Ann Hibberd, has held non-executive roles with Shawbrook Group PLC and Equiniti Group PLC. She will join the contracts-for-difference and spread-betting platform at the company's September 20 annual general meeting.
Jonathan Moulds will join IG on that same date. Moulds was group chief operating officer at Barclays PLC, as well as chief executive of Merrill Lynch International at Bank Of America.
Shares in IG Group were up 0.6% at 897.00 pence on Monday.
