LONDON (Alliance News) - Idox PLC said Wednesday it appointed Oliver Scott as non-executive director, with effect from November.
Scott is currently a director of Kestrel Partners LLP, which he co-founded in 2009. He is also a non-executive director of Ubisense Group PLC.
Non-Executive Chairman Laurence Vaughan said: "Scott brings a wealth of experience to the board and, in his role at Kestrel, has been one of Idox's longest standing shareholders. He brings significant insight and we look forward to working with him."
Kestrel is Idox's second largest shareholder with a 10.34% stake in the company.
Idox shares were trading down 0.4% at 33.60 pence each.
