LONDON (Alliance News) - Highcroft Investments PLC on Tuesday said it acquired the 984-year leasehold interest of a maintenance, research and development facility investment in Llantrisant, South Wales.
The company paid GBP6.5 million for the complex, comprising of three buildings with a mixture of office and workshop space over 111,000 square feet, together with a development site on 20.67 acres.
The acquisition was made from existing cash reserves and debt facilities.
The complex is currently occupied by British Airways Avionics Engineering Ltd on a lease expiring in March 2024 and produces an income of GBP805,011 per year.
Highcroft Investments shares were untraded at 945.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon.
