LONDON (Alliance News) - Highcroft Investments PLC said Monday it has agreed to sell its building in Market Place, Kingston upon Thames, to a private investor.
It will use the net proceeds of around GBP1.1 million to continue its strategy of investing in larger properties in the market between private investors and larger corporate property investors.
The property is comprised of a listed shop front with around 1,566 square feet on basement, ground, first and second floors. Highcroft Investments noted the property's sale price was 61% in excess of its GBP700,000 valuation in December 2014.
Shares in Highcroft Investments were down 1.3% at 975.00 pence Monday afternoon.
