(Alliance News) - HgCapital Trust PLC on Thursday said it will sell its investment in Register Group, which is to be acquired by team.blue.
HgCapital has an investment in team.blue, a domain name and web hosting company. The terms of the sale have not been disclosed.
Once the deal is complete, HgCapital forecasts pro-forma net asset value will be GBP876.9 million or 217.8 pence per share. This would put the value of HgCapital's Register investment at around GBP26.5 million.
The firm's liquid resources are an estimated GBP176 million, 20% of NAV, and the firm has an GBP80 million undrawn standby loan facility.
The company will put out its interim results for the first half of the year on Monday next week.
Shares in HgCapital were down 0.1% at 219.78p in London on Thursday afternoon.
