(Alliance News) - HGCapital Trust PLC on Thursday said it will invest around GBP40.3 million in French legal technology firm Septeo Group.
Septeo is based in Montpellier, France and its technology supports professions such as law firms, real estate property managers, and notaries in France, Belgium, Canada, and the US.
HgCapital Trust is investing alongside other institutional clients of Hg, its manager, through the Hg Genesis 9 Fund.
HgCapital Trust's liquid resources for future amount to an estimated GBP188 million and the firm also has access to a GBP200 million undrawn standby facility.
Following the investment, HG Capital Trust's outstanding commitment to invest in hg transactions will fall to around GBP633 million.
Shares in HgCapital Trust were up 0.1% at 304.52 pence in London on Thursday morning.
