LONDON (Alliance News) - HgCapital Trust PLC on Tuesday said it will invest GBP32.1 million in Litera Microsystems, alongside a planned transaction to be conducted by manager Hg.
Hg, the trust's manager, is planning to invest in Litera, a leading provider of end-to-end document lifecycle solutions to the legal and life sciences industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As part of Hg's investment, Hg Capital Trust will participate in the deal through the Hg Genesis 8 Fund.
Hg Capital Trust shares were trading up 0.3% at 2,139.35 pence each.
