LONDON (Alliance News) - HGCapital Trust PLC said Friday that it has sold the core Scandanavian business of European software-as-a-service firm e-conomic UK to Oslo head-quartered Visma for an undisclosed sum.
The Trust, the listed investment trust that participates in all of HgCapital's investments, will have 12% of the current net asset value invested in Visma following the completion of the sale. The Trust will retain a stake in e-conomic's international business.
Shares in HgCapital are trading up 0.8% at 1,090.00 pence Friday afternoon.
