LONDON (Alliance News) - Interior solutions provider Havelock Europa PLC on Tuesday appointed Hakeem Yesufu as non-executive director.
Yesufu is a risk assurance consultant at Pricewaterhouse in Canada since 2015. He also is a director at oil and gas exploration company Energy Acqua Blue Resources Ltd.
The nomination for Yesufu as a director was suggested by Andrew Burgess, who holds 19.5% stake in Havelock Europa.
"We are pleased to welcome Hakeem as a non-executive director of the company and look forward to his contribution as we implement our new strategy," Chairman Ian Godden said.
Havelock Europa shares were trading 6.6% higher at 3.14 pence.
