LONDON (Alliance News) - Chinese chemical company HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd on Wednesday said George Zeng has resigned from his role as chief financial officer with immediate effect.
HaiKe said Zeng had decided to step down for "personal reasons".
A search for a new CFO has commenced, HaiKe said.
Shares in the company were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 15.00 pence.
