LONDON (Alliance News) - GW Pharmaceuticals PLC Monday said its US public offering of American Depositary Shares has closed, raising USD289.8 million.
2.8 million ADSs were taken up in the offering, representing 33.6 million ordinary shares in the company, and underwriters fully exercised their option to purchase 420,000 additional ADSs at a price of USD90.00 per ADS.
Shares in GW Pharmaceuticals were down 0.1% at 575.00 pence Monday.
