(Alliance News) - Green REIT PLC said Wednesday its EUR1.34 billion takeover offer by European real estate investor Henderson Park Group has been sanctioned by the High Court of Ireland.
In August, Green REIT agreed to be acquired for EUR1.9135 per share by Henderson, and shareholders in the Irish real estate investment trust voted in the favour of the offer in early October.
Green REIT's shares are expected to be cancelled on Friday next week. Shares in Green REIT closed 0.3% lower at EUR1.91 on Wednesday in London.
