(Alliance News) - Great Portland Estates PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Vicky Jarman as non-executive director with effect from February 1.
Jarman is currently a non-executive director at aviation services provider Signature Aviation PLC and estate agency firm Knight Frank LLP.
She will be stepping down from Knight Frank in June 2020, at the end of her tenure however, the Great Portland said.
She has previously been a non-executive director at outsourcing firm Equiniti Group PLC, recruiter Hays PLC and UK passport printer De La Rue PLC.
Great Portland Estates Chair Richard Mully said: "I am delighted to welcome Vicky to GPE's board with her significant financial, commercial and non-executive experience. The board and I very much look forward to working with her over the coming years."
Great Portland Estates shares were trading 0.3% higher in London at 940.40 pence each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
