LONDON (Alliance News) - Grand Group Investment PLC Monday said its investee company Victory Education Investment Ltd will pay a special dividend to its shareholders.
Grand Group has a 33% equity interest in Victory, and will therefore receive a total cash dividend of GBP2.0 million within one month.
It will use the funds for general working capital purposes and to make further investments.
Shares in Grand Group closed down 3.3% at 98.14p Monday afternoon.
