(Alliance News) - Gordon Dadds Group PLC on Tuesday said it plans to change its name to Ince Group PLC with a vote to be held at its annual general meeting.
The AGM will take place on August 28 with the name change then effective the day after.
The legal and professional services company said its board feels the "name will better reflect the main trading name of the group's commercial and disputes practice in London together with the seven international offices where the group operates around the world".
The company will still used Gordon Dadds as the name of its private client and family practice based in London's Mayfair.
Shares in Gordon Dadds were flat at 144.00 pence on Tuesday afternoon.
