(Alliance News) - Global Resources Investment Trust PLC on Friday said it has sold 430.0 million shares in Kalia Ltd, an Australia-based mineral exploration company, raising GBP225,000.
The investment company did not disclose how it intends to use the proceeds from disposal.
Following the sale, Global Resources continues to hold 50.0 million shares in Kalia, with a market value of GBP28,000.
Global Resources shares were untraded in London on Friday, last closing at 3.28 pence each.
