LONDON (Alliance News) - eSports company Gfinity PLC on Wednesday said it has signed a partnership with Futhead.com to operate a series of FIFA 16 Ultimate Team competitions on the Gfinity platform.
FIFA Ultimate Team is a game mode in the FIFA 16 video game by which users can build their own personal teams from real players across the world. Futhead.com is the FIFA Ultimate Team community website and database.
The online tournaments will start on Friday, to coincide with the start of the Euro 2016 football tournament in France.
No financial details were disclosed.
Shares in Gfinity were up 1.4% to 9.00 pence.
