LONDON (Alliance News) - E-sports company Gfinity PLC on Tuesday said it has extended the deadline on its share subscription to November 16.
It said a number of parties have expressed an interest in participating in the issue, and the extension has been made to provide them with the time to take part.
Gfinity is raising GBP1.0 million to back improvements to the features and functionality of Gfinity TV, develop a mobile app, to stage and broadcast the 2016 Gfinity Championship series, and for sales and marketing purposes.
Shares in the company were down 4.4% to 19.00 pence on Tuesday.
