(Alliance News) - Galliford Try Holdings PLC on Monday said it has been appointed to the latest Constructing West Midlands programme, a framework worth GBP3.0 billion.
The London-based building and infrastructure construction company said it has been selected in the major works lot for projects worth more than GBP10 million.
The framework covers public buildings for local authorities across sectors including education, housing, health, and leisure throughout the West Midlands region.
Chief Executive Officer Bill Hocking said: "We are delighted to be working once again with our partners at Constructing West Midlands to deliver much-needed public infrastructure for communities across the region."
Shares in Galliford Try slid 1.1% to 701.50 pence on Monday morning in London. Over the past year, shares in the company have risen 36%.
