LONDON (Alliance News) - Paternoster Resources PLC said Thursday GAEA Resources Ltd now holds a 0.5% stake in the company.
Prior to the transaction on June 26, GAEA held a 13% holding in Paternoster. Now, GAEA holds an interest in 28.2 million of Paternoster's 6.29 billion issued shares.
Shares in Paternoster went untraded Thursday but last closed at 0.095 pence each.
