Fusionex Wins "Significant" Contract In Japan For Giant 2016 Platform

12th Jul 2016 07:52

LONDON (Alliance News) - Analytics, big data, and internet of things software firm Fusionex International PLC on Tuesday said it has secured a major Asian contract for its GIANT 2016 big data platform.

Fusionex said the "multi-year, multi-million dollar" contract has been won with an unnamed Japan-based international travel, leisure and hospitality group. No financial details were disclosed.

GIANT 2016 will be used by the client to gain insights into its customers and to then use this information to fine-tune its processes.

"The high-growth Asian region has always been a key expansion area for analytics and big data. This significant GIANT 2016 win is pleasing testimony to the technological advances in big data analytics which our next generation platform offers clients, as well as to its international appeal," said Fusionex Chief Executive Ivan Teh.

Fusionex shares were up 5.8% to 149.65 pence Tuesday.
