LONDON (Alliance News) - Analytics, big data and internet of things software firm Fusionex International PLC on Monday said it has secured a major contract with a holiday resort in Asia.
Fusionex said the "million dollar, multi-year contract" with the unnamed resort would involve the use of its GIANT big data platform by the resort to leverage customer preferences. Fusionex will carry out analytics work on the resort's customer data, including social media posts and online reviews, in order to detect trends in food, entertainment and lodging more effectively.
"We are delighted to have secured a significant multi-year contract with one of Asia's leading resort providers. This is particularly encouraging as it is the first contract we have announced for our recently launched next generation offering, Fusionex GIANT 2016," said Fusionex Chief Executive Ivan Teh.
