(Alliance News) - FRP Advisory Group PLC on Thursday announced another year of profitable growth and declared an improved dividend in a statement by Non-Executive Chair Penny Judd at its annual general meeting.
The London-based business advisory firm declared a first-quarter interim dividend of 1.05 pence per eligible share, up 5.0% from 1.00 pence a year earlier, with payment set for December 18.
Revenue rose 16% to GBP177 million in financial 2026, confirming the figure previously announced in July. Adjusted underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 12% to GBP46 million.
FRP Advisory said trading year-to-date remains in line with its expectations, while the near- and medium-term outlook for its service pillars remains positive. It also said the integration of businesses acquired in financial 2026, including One Advisory Group and Arc & Co, has progressed as planned, with both performing in line with expectations.
The company said it expects to publish its trading update for the first half of financial 2027 in mid-November.
Shares in FRP Advisory were up 2.9% at 116.50 pence per share on Thursday afternoon in London.
