LONDON (Alliance News) - Frontera Resources Corp on Thursday said its shares will leave London's AIM market and it will "continue to advance its work as a private company".
The oil and gas exploration firm's shares were suspended in late December after nominated advisor Cairn Financial Advisers LLP resigned.
This gave Frontera one month to appoint a replacement, a deadline which falls on Friday, when shares will be cancelled.
