LONDON (Alliance News) - Lifestyle concierge firm Ten Lifestyle Group PLC has appointed Alan Donald as its chief financial officer, the company said on Thursday.
Donald, who will join at the start of July, has over 30 years' experience in finance, Ten Lifestyle said, and previously headed up finance at Thomas Cook Group PLC's UK & Ireland tour business.
Chief Executive Alex Cheatle said: "I am delighted Alan is joining Ten. In addition to his rigorous commercial and financial leadership, his experience of running global high-touch and digital-services businesses, including deep travel experience, will be a huge asset to us."
Shares were 3.8% higher on Thursday at midday at 61.50 pence apiece.
