LONDON (Alliance News) - Property developer Formation Group PLC said Wednesday that it has now repaid its loan facility for its 159-161 Iverson Road site in London in full.
Formation had last reported in September that it received an extension for the GBP2.4 million outstanding debt on the facility.
Shares in Formation were untraded at 3.78 pence Wednesday.
