LONDON (Alliance News) - Foresight Solar & Infrastructure VCT PLC said Monday it appointed Ernest Richardson as a director of the venture capital trust with effect from last Tuesday.
Richardson was described as having "vast experience" of the venture capital industry. He has previously served chief executive and managing partner at MTI Partners Ltd.
Shares in Foresight Solar & Infrastructure were untraded at 91.0 pence on Monday.
