LONDON (Alliance News) - Gordon Dadds Group PLC on Friday said that FMR LLC now holds a 8.07% stake in the company.
FMR's interest in the company prior to the deal concluded on Wednesday was not disclosed.
Gordon Dadds shares were trading 3.3% higher at 157.50 pence each.
