LONDON (Alliance News) - Fishing Republic PLC on Wednesday confirmed it expects administrators to be appointed within the next few days.
Last week, Fishing Republic filed an application to appoint administrators, after shareholders refused to provide further short-term financial help.
Its shares have since been suspended from trading on London's AIM market but last closed at 5.25 pence each.
