LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C UK Real Estate Investments Ltd said Friday it will change its company name to BMO Real Estate Investments Ltd with effect on Monday next week.
Shareholder approval for the change was granted in November, after the Bank of Montreal in September said it would transition all remaining F&C branded products and funds it owned to BMO, including F&C UK's investment manager F&C Investment Business Ltd, which it acquired in 2014.
Shares in F&C UK Real Estate Investments were down 1.2% at 94.29 pence on Friday.
