LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C Commercial Property Trust Ltd on Friday declared a monthly interim dividend payment of 0.5 pence per share.
The dividend was declared in respect of 2018 and is equal to other monthly dividend payments made for the year. The 0.5p per share also equals F&C Commercial Property's monthly dividend payments in 2017.
The ex-dividend date is March 21, with the record date being March 22 and the pay date March 29.
Shares in F&C Commercial were down 0.6% at 123.10 pence at midday on Friday.
